DAY 26: ZERO WASTE BATHROOM

30 Day Zero Waste Challenge

OK, folks. I’ll be honest. This is the real reason I wanted to get a group together for a 30 Day Zero Waste Challenge. I look at my bathroom and see all the plastic containers of lotions, toothpaste, soaps, beauty products, this, and that – ALL IN PLASTIC CONTAINERS, ALL SINGLE USE! So, so, SO done with it!

I want to save money, expose myself and others to less chemicals, and reduce my bathroom waste. And I hope to try and keep it simple and not spend a whole lot of time concocting potions, but I’m sure there will be a learning curve that will take some time.

Here are some of the resources I have found for recipes for homemade toiletries. I personally have not tried any of it.
